                       Every one has something that they are insecure about. But some people will leave the insecurities behind and move on. While others will cling to their insecurities and face depression. When you are hit by any insecurities you should talk yourself out of it. Don't mind what others think about you. You don't have to prove yourself to others. You can't change who you are, but you can love how you are. Don't be depressed about what you don't have, be happy about the treasures you have. Also don't compare yourself with others. Because each person is unique. So accept your flaws and move on.

           "I need to be smarter / skinnier / bolder / more talented / more beautiful / more talkative /  faster / slower / have more friends / better in some way."               " But you are already good enough, exactly as you are right now. "
