                                          Confidence is like "show up in every single moment like 

                                                                  you're meant to be there"

                                                 Self confidence is the most important quality that one should possess. It is the first and most important step to success. There will be a lot of people around us who will say that you won't be able to do that or do this. But the one who must show them that you can is you. For that, the first and foremost step is to have self confidence. Even if the whole world turns against you saying that you can't achieve it, self confidence is the fuel and fire which pushes us to achieve that. Self confidence is a super power. Once you start to believe in yourself, magic starts happening. The main defect in ourselves is doubt. We often doubt about whether I would be able to achieve this. But the point that must be focused is that stop doubting yourself. Work hard and make it happen. Inhale confidence and exhale doubt. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.

                                                Success and confidence has nothing to do with our physical appearance. Our physical appearance is not the one that we selected, but we got it naturally. Feeling underconfident that I'm not beautiful is an absolute mistake. It is our personality that matters. All of us possess a unique talent and personality. We must nurture it with self confidence rather than comparing it with others. The moment we accept the way we are and love oneself, we begin to win. The biggest motivation that I can get is from myself, not anyone else. So what is needed the most is to have self confidence and find our hidden talents. Always keep in mind,

  Lady in the house, her responsibilities and ambitions The most important video which struck my attention was the inspirational video by Amrita Duhan. Ms.Amrita Duhan is an IPS officer by profession and MBBS by degree. She hails from Rohtak in Haryana. From the very young age she dreamt of becoming a Civil Servant. She was inspired by a serial telecasted in the Doordarshan channel. Later when she informed it in her family her parents didn't support it. Sarcastically, she says that the ultimate goal of middle-class parents is let their children be a doctor or engineer. She further adds that for a secure future Mrs Amarita Duhan choose MBBS and she says that she is the first doctor in her own family. After completing her MBBS and MD in pathology,  she had joined as an assistant professor in a Government Medical College. Then came up her marriage.    Today I am going to introduce a new personality, who might be familiar to at least some of us. His name is Nick Vujicic.   Nick Vujicic is an Australian-American motivational speaker, born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of hands and legs. He was born in Australia and later he shifted to California. Basically he is a Christian evangelist.    The essence of all his speech is to "transform the worse into the best." In his autobiography,  he says that when he was born his mother was reluctant to see him. Later on they eventually accepted the fact that it was God's plan for their son.   He says about how he overcame obstacles in his life. Further, he adds that his  obstacles became opportunities. He says that a lot of students teased him. In spite of all those he could  complete his higher education successfully.   His words are to be noted in our hearts.  " When we lose hope we will lose our strength to live. " Willpower
