 The short story "ROOTS" was writtern  by the famous Urdu writter Ismat Chugtai. This was a fictional impact of the partition on interpersonal relationship , memory , love as well as native place and religious.This story was held in the time of partition of India and Pakisthan.

The story is based on Amma ; her feelings, loneliness, memories takes impart at the time all her family members decide to live India. In the story we can see 2 families Muslim family as Abba's and Hindu family - Rupchandji . Both were lived as a single family with love ,care . But the partition made them also seperate.

       

       While partition held Abba's family decide to move to Pakisthan,Amma refuse to pack her belogings and set off her land.Several imotional memories came to her mind at the day she get married and came this place, her first child birth, her daughter -in - laws entry, their delivery, her husbands death all happened here.This all made her move emotional and felt the roots are damaged.

    In the oppositive  Rupchandji  was unable to do anything because of his family,he was in another mental condition and his situation also expressed here. While he has the same power as Abba after his death. After a lots of taught gathered in his mind ,he take his car and drown away by deciding something. The feeling of amma expressed here as we feel the same thing. Writter made her words to expressed the situation and its like the real visual to readers .In the end of the story several sound depected  were her children came back by Rupchandji and Amma hear with  

unconciousness.

The literary beauty of this story had a crucial role by getting the attention to readers. Every single sentence had a specific beauty.The memories, emotion all had expressed in a different way.

  Lady in the house, her responsibilities and ambitions The most important video which struck my attention was the inspirational video by Amrita Duhan. Ms.Amrita Duhan is an IPS officer by profession and MBBS by degree. She hails from Rohtak in Haryana. From the very young age she dreamt of becoming a Civil Servant. She was inspired by a serial telecasted in the Doordarshan channel. Later when she informed it in her family her parents didn't support it. Sarcastically, she says that the ultimate goal of middle-class parents is let their children be a doctor or engineer. She further adds that for a secure future Mrs Amarita Duhan choose MBBS and she says that she is the first doctor in her own family. After completing her MBBS and MD in pathology,  she had joined as an assistant professor in a Government Medical College. Then came up her marriage.    Today I am going to introduce a new personality, who might be familiar to at least some of us. His name is Nick Vujicic.   Nick Vujicic is an Australian-American motivational speaker, born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of hands and legs. He was born in Australia and later he shifted to California. Basically he is a Christian evangelist.    The essence of all his speech is to "transform the worse into the best." In his autobiography,  he says that when he was born his mother was reluctant to see him. Later on they eventually accepted the fact that it was God's plan for their son.   He says about how he overcame obstacles in his life. Further, he adds that his  obstacles became opportunities. He says that a lot of students teased him.
