All are beautiful. Everyone has their own unique quality. And when we start to realise that and begins to love ourself, our inner beauty and confidence starts to glow. physical appearance doesn't matter. What matter the most is character and the love and respect we show to others.

But to love other we should fist love ourself.

If you don't love yourself nobody will. Not only that you won't be good at loving anyone else. Loving starts with ourself.

  If we all have been same, won't be it boring. We  are all born different so that we can stand apart. But not all of take that in a positive way. It may be because of our own insecurities or maybe others makes us feel that way. Others may discourage you, humiliate you. And we may start to compare what we don't have with others. Stop doing this. What they have, maybe we won't have but we have our own unique quality.  search that. And with that we may glow even more.

Listen to positive thoughts and of those who matters to us. Make our negativity to positivity, like that of lizzie Velasquez who came out from the ugliest girl to the most brave and beautiful heart.

  Lady in the house, her responsibilities and ambitions The most important video which struck my attention was the inspirational video by Amrita Duhan. Ms.Amrita Duhan is an IPS officer by profession and MBBS by degree. She hails from Rohtak in Haryana. From the very young age she dreamt of becoming a Civil Servant. She was inspired by a serial telecasted in the Doordarshan channel. Later when she informed it in her family her parents didn't support it. Sarcastically, she says that the ultimate goal of middle-class parents is let their children be a doctor or engineer. She further adds that for a secure future Mrs Amarita Duhan choose MBBS and she says that she is the first doctor in her own family. After completing her MBBS and MD in pathology,  she had joined as an assistant professor in a Government Medical College. Then came up her marriage. After marriage when she said that she wish to become a Civil Servant, her in-laws discouraged

   Today I am going to introduce a new personality, who might be familiar to at least some of us. His name is Nick Vujicic.   Nick Vujicic is an Australian-American motivational speaker, born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of hands and legs. He was born in Australia and later he shifted to California. Basically he is a Christian evangelist.    The essence of all his speech is to "transform the worse into the best." In his autobiography,  he says that when he was born his mother was reluctant to see him. Later on they eventually accepted the fact that it was God's plan for their son.   He says about how he overcame obstacles in his life. Further, he adds that his  obstacles became opportunities. He says that a lot of students teased him.
