 How To Speak That People Want To Listening


    I hear the TEDx talk of Julian Treasure. It was happened in Edinburgh,Scotland,June 2013. He present the speech in a different manner and the subject of his talk is also interesting. The subject of his talk is talk is "HOW TO SPEAK THAT PEOPLE WANT TO LISTENING". Nowadays most of the people afford this problem that no one listening to them. Here he suggest the methods that people listening to us,when we spoke.

                 He starts the speech by saying "HUMAN VOICE IS THE MOST POWERFUL THING IN THE WORLD". When we spoke powerfully that can change the world. If we spoke people not listen to them,why? Gossip,judging,negativity,complaining,excuses,lying,dogmatism these are the bad acoustics that he says. When these things came to our language the listner become irritating,and he stops the listening. 


                                    Julian says that complaining is one of the mystery and it is the national art of UK. If we need conscious listeners we follow the word HAIL. H is honesty - be clear and straight. A is authenticity - be ur self. I is integrity - be ur word. L means love - wish them well. If we follow the word HAIL we get conscious listeners. He says that this is the idea was spreading. He suggest 2 more exercise to warm up our voice to get listeners. The presentation of exercises are really funny.

                    He conclude the speech


 by saying "POWERFUL SPEAKERS GET CONSCIOUS LISTENERS".

  Lady in the house, her responsibilities and ambitions The most important video which struck my attention was the inspirational video by Amrita Duhan. Ms.Amrita Duhan is an IPS officer by profession and MBBS by degree. She hails from Rohtak in Haryana. From the very young age she dreamt of becoming a Civil Servant. She was inspired by a serial telecasted in the Doordarshan channel. Later when she informed it in her family her parents didn't support it. Sarcastically, she says that the ultimate goal of middle-class parents is let their children be a doctor or engineer. She further adds that for a secure future Mrs Amarita Duhan choose MBBS and she says that she is the first doctor in her own family. After completing her MBBS and MD in pathology,  she had joined as an assistant professor in a Government Medical College. Then came up her marriage.    Today I am going to introduce a new personality, who might be familiar to at least some of us. His name is Nick Vujicic.   Nick Vujicic is an Australian-American motivational speaker, born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of hands and legs. He was born in Australia and later he shifted to California. Basically he is a Christian evangelist.    The essence of all his speech is to "transform the worse into the best." In his autobiography,  he says that when he was born his mother was reluctant to see him. Later on they eventually accepted the fact that it was God's plan for their son.   He says about how he overcame obstacles in his life. Further, he adds that his  obstacles became opportunities. He says that a lot of students teased him. In spite of all those he could  complete his higher education successfully.   His words are to be noted in our hearts.  " When we lose hope we will lose our strength to live. " Willpower
