 WHEN THE WORLD COUNTRIES KNEEL DOWN BEFORE A SMALL VIRUS... 




 Countries across the world claims that they are the best. For example, in healthcare we all look upto America and Canada, for happiness we all look upto Finland and Denmark, for highest per capita income all the other countries look upto Luxembourg, for population we all look upto India and China. Inspite of these peep up's all the world countries has bend their knees infront of a small virus. 


Our scientific world has had many pompous inventions like the internet, telephone, computers etc. But we all are hapless infront of a small virus. See how  such a small virus made us homebound. Our greatest inventions are to no degree. Remember this is how everything comes to a standstill. Even the smallest creature can make us all isolated and detained. 


(NB: Title And The subject matter are paradoxical to each other).

  Lady in the house, her responsibilities and ambitions The most important video which struck my attention was the inspirational video by Amrita Duhan. Ms.Amrita Duhan is an IPS officer by profession and MBBS by degree. She hails from Rohtak in Haryana. From the very young age she dreamt of becoming a Civil Servant. She was inspired by a serial telecasted in the Doordarshan channel. Later when she informed it in her family her parents didn't support it. Sarcastically, she says that the ultimate goal of middle-class parents is let their children be a doctor or engineer. She further adds that for a secure future Mrs Amarita Duhan choose MBBS and she says that she is the first doctor in her own family. After completing her MBBS and MD in pathology,  she had joined as an assistant professor in a Government Medical College. Then came up her marriage. After marriage when she said that she wish to become a Civil Servant, her in-laws discouraged

   Today I am going to introduce a new personality, who might be familiar to at least some of us. His name is Nick Vujicic.   Nick Vujicic is an Australian-American motivational speaker, born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of hands and legs. He was born in Australia and later he shifted to California. Basically he is a Christian evangelist.    The essence of all his speech is to "transform the worse into the best." In his autobiography,  he says that when he was born his mother was reluctant to see him. Later on they eventually accepted the fact that it was God's plan for their son.   He says about how he overcame obstacles in his life. Further, he adds that his  obstacles became opportunities. He says that a lot of students teased him. In spite of all those he could  complete his higher education successfully.   His words are to be noted in our hearts.  " When we lose hope we will lose our strength to live. " Willpower
