READING: A HABIT WHICH GIVES WINGS TO OUR VISION(Krishna Harikumar,Maths,Group 3)

25 library cartoons, comic strips, and pictures | Library humor, Book humor, Book memes

I have often felt that I am not so much of familiar with the letters of books, the lessons and the characters with story value in it.Books have become alien to many like me,perhaps because we,who living in this I phone era, find happiness and contentment in it.Today's session about 'The benefits of reading' helped me to see the books as the source of knowledge and entertainment rather than just seeing it as an object.

Books can be our companions by avoiding the presence of loneliness around us.Like a friend,it can erase  the stress and  the hidden hurting emotions in us by giving a sweet smile in our lips and sense of motivation through the words. That feature seems to exist in every character that good story writers and poets potray through their works.By reading,we will be able to overcome our boredom and acquire listening and communication skills that are generally seemed to be declining in young generation. It also raise up the concentration level and enable us to analyze the things from different perspectives.

As we all know about the first person to walk on the moon.Yes it is Neil Armstrong. But did you know the fact that our artists had already explored it before him through the spacecraft of their creativity? This question simply shed up the light on the power of books to make us think beyond the boundaries of reality.

YOU CAN'T BUY HAPPINESS.BUT YOU CAN BUY BOOKS.

AND THAT'S KIND OF THE SAME THING.

These words do not allow me to live without reading any books.Because I am also one of those people who go in search of happiness.I definitely spent sometime for reading good literary works that arouse our thoughts and add colors to our imaginary world. Let us spread the glory of reading books by taking a small initiative now.

                                                          THANK YOU
