 BENEFITS OF READING

Books are carriers of magic. They have the invisible spirits in them that takes you to the world where you are free from the tangled mess of contradictions that wires you in the worldly life. Reading is that magic wand that accompanies you to enter this myriad world of thoughts.

Here in this world you are not just a single individual, but a person who carries numerous number of characters in himself. You think from not just one angle but you look through the eyes of millions out there. You knock through the doors of many to hear their souls. You cry to the pain of others and feel happy when you hear their laughter.

These are the hidden lessons you imbibe from the habit of reading. For me reading is not looking through the window of me as a person, but it is something that helps me to look beyond the fences and be one among them. This is what a good reader must take from the books she/he reads.

Put yourself in the other person's shoe and now you can know how worthy you are as an individual. Reading helps you to experience the various hues of life. It's not knowledge alone which you gather from reading, you are winner if you could be a better individual through this habit. Widen your thinking and let the narrow passages be adorned with flowers of positivity as you read.
